Green Cloud Adds Vice President of Wholesale Services

Greenville, SCAugust 27,jppic 2013 – Green Cloud Technologies, a Cloud technology solutions provider headquartered in Greenville, SC, has hired Jonathan Philipsen as vice president of wholesale services. He will be responsible for driving wholesale partnerships and marketing Green Cloud’s products and solutions to the managed service provider (MSP) community.

Prior to joining Green Cloud, Philipsen served as a director of business development at EDTS where he was responsible for their cloud strategy. Prior to that, he served as district sales director at Windstream (formerly NuVox), where he managed sales of approximately $1.24 million in annual voice and data telecommunication services. There he was awarded the highest, most prestigious Premier Circle Award for performance six years in a row, as well as the Elite award in 2010.

Philipsen maintains a strong volunteer presence in the Greenville community including: 2013 Chair Young Philanthropists Council, Palmetto Society Board Member, United Way of Greenville County Campaign Cabinet Committee Member, United Way of Greenville County Mentor of the Year Committee Lead and Meals on Wheels Volunteer.  He holds a BS in Communications from Appalachian State University.
