Locations can be used to group Veeam installations together in VSPC for management, reporting, or access control. As an administrator, you can set up a new Location, or Edit/Remove an existing Location.
To set up a New location, select “New” and enter the location’s name. You can also set a Cloud Repository quota here, which used as a threshold for the Summary dashboard and for the Company cloud storage quota alarm. It does not limit the actual amount of data that can be uploaded from the location to cloud repositories.
After setting up a new Location, you can add users to access it, set it as the location of managed Veeam B&R instances, assign Backup Policies to VMs located there, and configure Alarms for that Location.
